I signed up with these guys last week, paid my money, (Turn 2 Media) and then when I tried to log in I kept getting a pop-up about entering a wrong username/password. I"m sure I was using the right ones, as I had just registered 2 minutes previously. I then clicked on the "forgot password" link, which never sent me anything! I tried again, still nothing. Finally, I e-mailed their tech support, explaining the situation. after 3 days, no response. I e-mailed again, this time to their billing department. That was 2 days ago, still no response. Anybody know anybody associated with these guys that might actually care?

Have you checked your SPAM bucket? I have had those guys walk me through questions on-the-fly during a broadcast, twice (two different broadcasts). Wondering if you're not getting their e-mails. I have found them incredibly responsive. Near real time, in fact. Good luck.

I'm sorry for your troubles. I think Turn2Media is one of the best PPV sprintcar live racing you will see on the net.

Odd... had blocked out everything in the PDF, but the blocks did not take when one downloaded. Password info has been reset once again to be safe.

We have replied to you twice. When you sumitted a support ticket on July 15th, we replied on July 15th. You then reached out to us via email on July 17th and we replied on July 17th.
Please see the 2 attached screen captures, 1 of the support ticket with reply and 1 of the email with reply. If you did not receive any of these, we are unsure the reason why these would not have been delivered to your inbox.You can clearly see the time stamps on our replies (July 15 at 5:13PM and July 17 at 7:00PM).
We take our customer and tech support very seriously and it has always been a top priority with us since we started in 2007. Most will tell you, as you have seen in the replies here, that we are very quick to respond to questions and comments.
We have tried to help on both occasions in a timely manner, and we understand your frustration as you feel we are not paying attention, but it is the complete opposite. If you have another email address other then the one at mts.net, then please try to email us from that address and we'll reply back once again with the solution. Maybe mts.net is blocking or filtering our emails prior to them getting to your email client program.

Was thinking of watching Knoxville tonight. Never used Turn 2 Media. I have an I-Pad with Wi-fi here at home. Anything special that I need in order to have watch smoothly? Thanks
