This seems like a really bad decision. I get that they don't get as many rebuilds as other engine builders, but when the bulk of your clients are 360 ci racers, what did they expect when they were based in NC and most of the drivers are in the midwest? I would like to see how many more rebuilds they get if they had an affiliate in Kansas City.

As a Ford guy, I'm very disappointed that Roush Yates is pulling back from all of their dirt track programs. However the bottom line determines what is done.
I'm told that they would like to find an established engine builder to partner with. RY would provide technical support and components.
I guess it remains to be seen what will happen.
