With power steering now a days it would not be near as exhausting. 13 cars only. Great camera work for 1963..

Only the brave tackled Langhorne. Many drivers would skip it on the USAC
tour. Sometimes the car owner would find a one show replacement. Turn one, infamously known as Puke Hollow, was down hill and always rutted up. Many a driver didn't emerge from that corner. Some were lucky enough to race another day. These were the drivers that in that day ran the Indy 500. What was the stat I once saw...of the 33 drivers who started the 500 in 1955, 18 had perished in racecars by 1958.
