Not a fan of either one but Scruffy and Stevie Sr behind 8 other guys?
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

The list is from 1983 to present. If it was an all-time list with no time constraints, Allen and Smith would be higher. They accomplished a lot in the late 70s.
