I don'T hate Balog, just get tired of the same guy winning all the time! but Balog is just the best IRA has. no question about it.but it was a very good race' Nick Alden impressed me tonight.but made too many mistakes. Chris Spitz impressed me early in the race until his engine began to miss.
the top three traded slide jobs until Balog pulled away for the win.
Bill rose did not run well not sure where he finished. maybe 8th or so.

All in all, a real good night. All the Sprint heats had some real good dicing for the win. It was nice to see such a big crowd also. The track was in great shape too.

Sounds like we missed a decent show at Wilmot tonight. We passed on the drive to Wilmot to stay home in Plymouth and watch the Cornbelt Clash Late Model shit show (good cars, horrible track condtions). Won't happen again.
Saw Alden got a podium finish, good for him. Where other drivers have seemed to plateau off as far as improvements go, Nick seems to be quietly making constant progress as a driver. Needs to smooth out a bit, but it's been great to see him doing well.
As far as Balog goes, he's the man in Wisco right now. The haters already proved after last weekend's WoO shows that they're gonna hate on him no matter what he does. Fuck 'em.

funny. Balog told me years ago he sucked until he got good equipment. maybe crew chief came with equipment.
all said and done Balog is the best IRA has to offer!
