Not sure why sprint car fans have to get so nasty with each other but lets all have fun this weekend, whatever you prefer.

Looks like last year Madsen came from 10 th to 2nd, Pittman 23 to 5 th, Schatz 21st to 8th. Sounds like a lot of passing!

While I don't claim to have the answer, I do know, for sanitary reasons, he should wash those three fingers before picking his nose and eating it... :/
Opinions may vary...

It's not on The Cushion's schedule - I'd bet Eldora retained the video rights for its own usage.
|
I'm sure you're right on this one, but long term, everything will likely be available online in one form or another.

How bout some predictions?
Schatz has to be the favorite
Kerry Madsen and Brian Brown have been real fast at the Big E the last two years.
Sammy (if he gets everything right) is still a threat & Haud could pull it off( capable equipment)
The others who should have a shot: Dale Blaney, Daryn Pittman & Paul McMahon
Darkhorse: Sam Hafetepe

Not sure Schatz HAS to be the favorite but he's definitley a contender. Alotta guys fast at Eldora. Most of them have run a ton of laps there and gotta decent setup. It's who get's the breaks from the pill draw for time trials till the checkers. That said, it wouldn't hurt my feelings to see him win it again. My head tells me The Mad Man is due, he's came close a couple of times lately. My heart says Haud. My darkhorse would be Joey. I know they've kinda struggled this year but he gets around the joint as well as anybody. Might as well break out with a big one here.
REMEMBER OUR TROOPS!!!

So let me get this straight, are all 410 snobs (like me) a dickhead, ass and asshat or is that just reserved for Smitty...?... :/
|
Here's a little something to keep the 410 snobs in perspective. The legends of the sport that we all hold in such high esteem never went as fast as today's 360's and if one goes back far enough they couldn't keep up with today's 305's either. They should thank the old guys for sitting through all those "slow" races so that Sprint Car racing could survive and become what it is today.

Couldn't agree more.
Also, I'd like to apologize for my language on my earlier post to this thread. Not cool, and I kept the nastiness going when I should have just laughed-off the post that got me spun-up. Two wrongs don't make a right. Hope everyone has fun at the races this weekend, wherever you're at, and whatever your watching.

I believe Eldora will broadcast it per pay-per-view, like they have done with some other big shows of theirs in the past
