I am not one to bash speedways or drivers and until now we were planning on making all SW races. I JUST NOTICED HAGERSTOWN IS CHARGING $25 ADMISSION FOR A ONE DIVISION SHOW ??? After last years joke and the Fall Race still not made up Count Me OUT.

You obviously don't own a business in the State of Maryland...If you did, you would have an understanding that it is far more expensive to run a business in MD vs PA...
But please, don't let financial reality get in the way of you being an asshat...

Stan:
Not really sure why you want to portray yourself as such a donkey's behind, but you certainly succeed in that endeavor! I agree with longtime. Hagerstown has always cost too much (plus, if I remember correctly, you can't even take you own beer in. You have to buy it inside).
And there certainly wasn't a sound reason for you to call him names (unless you suffer from a complex that requires you to put other people down to inflate your own self esteem)

It's always cost more to run a business in Maryland vs Pa...
Maryland State Law prohibits the BYOB policy that is in place in PA...
For the record, you can call me a jackass on here...Prolly even a fucking jackass if you felt like it...
Opinions may vary...

Donnit you can call me whatever you want and make any excuse you want ,but nothing will change the fact that last year they put ZEROTRACKPREP INTO THE RACE and have forced us to keep a raincheck for a year.
Promoters sould promote races not take advantage of loyal fans.

Ironically, they put in the exact track prep that Speedweek Officials called for...
What's even more ironic, that race will go down as Hall of Famer, Keith Coughman's(sp?) last win of his career(as predicted 1 year ago) and all PA fans will say how bad it sucked...
Oh, how I love irony...
Opinions may vary...

MSPN's take on 98.6% of PA fans is 100% correct...How's that for irony...

25 general admission is absurd. Not quite as absurd as my post about this getting deleted on the Grove message board, but close

Nonetheless, I will be there because it's the only track that's within an hour of my house.

Don't fret, I'm predicting a rain event for that day which will save you the aggravation...
For the record, the next time I piss and moan about a ticket price at a dirt track, that'll be the first time...

Dude don't you ever STFU? Everytime you make a post on here you act like an ass. Longtime is right, $25 for a 1 division, regular purse speedweek show is ridiculous and last years track prep was beyond ridiculous. Don't give us that BS that the speedweek officials dictate track prep. No other track was that bad. They need to drop H-train and add Susky. Hagerstown is probably the best facility on the speedweek schedule but the worst run track. Up until this year, I don't know of any track that charged more than $20 for a speedweek show. Now Grandview charges $22 and H-town $25. At least G-view has a decent support division(if you like modifieds).
The "finacial reality" is that Hagerstown hasn't prepped a decent track for speedweek for several years and last years crowd showed it, by far the smallest crowd I've ever seen at a speedweek race anywhere. Now they're trying to make up for it by jacking up the price. If they made a decent effort to prep the track, the place would be packed like every other speeweek show.

I'm predicting, along with the rain, there will never be another speedweek race again @ Hagerstown, as well as, there will never be another 410 race after the make up for last fall...
Your wishes have just become true...

Let's not rewrite history for twenty twelve...How many blown tires, by the leaders, occurred @ Grandview...?
Hagerstown ran non stop without a tire casualty...Hmmmmmmm.......

You may not agree with Stan...but he has had personal connections to all things Hagerstown for decades...including laps on the water truck.
Lincoln 1845 ft/.35 mile T1=118MPH
Eldora 2287 ft/.43mile T3=135MPH
Port 2716 ft/.51 mile T3=TBD
Grove 2792 ft/.53 mile T3=135MPH
Selinsgrove 2847 ft/.54 mile T1=136MPH

Stan donit has a reputation for getting banned from message boards. This is the only one that hasn't and allows his nonsense. He once had a poster show up to his house wanting to kick his ass. He calls everyone name but He himself is the splitting image of Butthead from Beavis and Butthead. He claims to know everything posse but never gets their name correct. He has a stupid pet name for every driver What a dweeb....lol Why is a MD track part of PA Speedweek anyways? I could never figure that one out.

I've only ever been banned from the Williams Grove board, VADLMB and HotRodBoob's board...I'm only allowed to post here and on 4m...Say what you want about it but, I never did it while hiding behind a computer screen...I'm real easy to find...
I'm still waiting for the day for someone to show up @ my house to kick my ass and I still never leave my house unarmed...Death threats totals are still @ a handful and that hasn't slowed me down one bit...
The only thing Posse I know for certain is what I see with the naked eye and the nickname thing came about because it is far more entertaining than the majority of the 50+ races I see annually...
I still stand firm on my belief that this is the last year for a MD track on the PA speedweek schedule, not to mention, this years version is going to be a rain event so that PA fan should save allot more than five dollars on the affair...
Opinions may vary...

and if it were run in NJ, it would be 35 to get in and 50 for the pits.
$5 would keep someone from seeing a race they wanted to go to? i could never understand that logic.....but then again, i could be an asshat as well......
