Last night Steve showed "his stuff" with a podium finish. There is still some "fire" in there.
I LEARNED ESP FROM MY MOM
"PUT YOUR SWEATER ON: DON'T YOU THINK I KNOW WHEN
YOU'RE COLD?"

Right!! He said during the victory lane interview that he had dropped a couple of cylinders for the last restart. YES, he can still get it done.

Hope when the time comes that he's had enough of the road that he goes home to Bloomington and takes the lid off to run with the locals around the Hoosier.....Just a hobby ya know. A guy's gotta have somethin to do.

Some of us have been around even BS (before Steve) so we have witnessed his entire career.
I have said it many times....Steve and Opp are the two best I have ever seen in a sprint car. No equals in my mind.
Steve is not the strapping 20 year old of yore but he can still get it done. I don't think there is one person posting at this site who could keep up with him.
Long live Steve "The King" Kinser and may he end his career with a win!

People have accused me of being full of BS but in this case I'll own that term as I'm one of those folks who was around before Steve. He's a pretty awesome driver and still has a lot of get up and go left for the young guys. Anytime Steve or Sammy have a good night us old guys walk a little taller and puff our chests out for a couple days.
