Paul McMahan (14th car out to time) set quick time at 16.068 seconds. Sammy Swindell (9th car out) was second quick, followed by Daryn Pittman (1st), Craig Dollansky (11th), David Gravel (15th), Joey Saldana (12th), Cody Darrah (5th), Brian Brown (7th), Tim Kaeding (3rd) and Brooke Tatnell (29th). Bill Boles lost a right top wing side panel in turn three, otherwise qualifying went without a hitch. Wayne Johnson changed a motor after hot laps.

Heat one (started): 1. Jason Sides 7s (1) 2. Kaeding 83 (2) 3. McMahan 51 (4) 4. Ian Madsen 18 (5) 5. Kraig Kinser 11K (6) / 6. Gravel 6 (3) 7. Travis Whitney 16 (7) 8. Bill Rose 6R (8) 9. Kevin Ingle 2K (9)

Sides led the 8-lap distance, with the top two going to the Dash, and the top five to the feature.

Heat two (started): 1. Saldana 71m (3) 2. Tatnell 55 (2) 3. Swindell 1 (4) 4. Kerry Madsen 29 (6) 5. Danny Lasoski 33 (5) / 6. Dylan Peterson 25 (8) 7. Wayne Johnson 77x (7) 8. Skylar Prochaska 35 (1) 9. Alan Gilbertson 97 (9)

Prochaska was penalized a row for jumping the initial start. Saldana assumed the spot and led the distance. Prochaska slipped over the turn two berm surrendering the fifth and final transfer on lap three.

Heat three (started): 1. Donny Schatz 15 (2) 2. Pittman 9 (4) 3. Darrah 4 (3) 4. Jason Solwold 82 (5) 5. Scott Winters 23w (7) / 6. Dusty Zomer 91 (6) 7. Matt Wasmund 4w (8) 8. Mark Dobmeier 13 (1)

Schatz got the jump on Dobmeier and led throughout. Dobmeier and Pittman put on a great duel for second before Pittman got ahead and Dobmeier dropped out at the halfway point while running third. Winters was the beneficiary and grabbed the final transfer.

Heat four (started): 1. Chad Kemenah 63 (2) 2. Dollansky 7 (4) 3. Steve Kinser 11 (6) 4. Brown 21 (3) 5. Davey Heskin 56 (5) / 6. Derrik Lusk 93 (7) 7. Bill Boles 05 (8) 8. Jody Rosenboom 97G (1)

Kemenah grabbed the early lead with Dollansky following him by Rosenboom. Rosenboom was running fourth when he spun over the turn two berm on lap four. The restart saw Kemenah leading Dollansky, S. Kinser, Brown, Heskin, Lusk and Boles. Brown and Heskin had been battling back and forth for the final transfer, but Rosenboom's caution put both of them in.

Dash (started): 1. Dollansky (1) 2. Pittman (2) 3. Swindell (3) 4. Kaeding (6) 5. Schatz (8) 6. McMahan (4) 7. Saldana (5) 8. Tatnell (7) 9. Kemenah (9) 10. Sides (10)

Dollansky led all six laps with Pittman in tow. Kaeding shot up to third right away, but Swindell took the spot back in a good duel with two to go.

B main (started): 1. Gravel (1) 2. Dobmeier (3) 3. Zomer (5) 4. Whitney (6) / 5. Prochaska (2) 6. Johnson (7) 7. Rosenboom (4) 8. Lusk (8) 9. Rose (9) 10. Boles (12) 11. Peterson (10) 12. Wasmund (11) 13. Ingle (13) 14. Gilbertson (14)

Ingle took a hard ride upside down into turn three before a lap could be completed. He was unhurt. Gilbertson took a hard left into the infield and ran into a pole under caution leading to the complete restart. He was o.k. Gravel shot out to the lead in the 12-lapper ahead of Dobmeier and Prochaska. With three laps in, Wasmund tipped over in turn four. He was also unhurt. The double-file restart saw Gravel choose the inside line ahead of Dobmeier, Prochaska, Rosenboom, Zomer and Whitney. Zomer quickly shot to third. On the next lap, Rosenboom and Prochaska battled for the final transfer. Rosenboom got into the wall and Peterson was caught up in it and broke his front end. Gravel led Dobmeier, Zomer, Prochaska, Whitney and Johnson back to green. Whitney was able to work by Prochaska for the final transfer.

The 4-wide salute included a "Missing Man" formation in honor of Jason Leffler. Pittman led the 30-lapper early over Dollansky and Swindell. Schatz was working fromrow three and took third from Swindell on lap six, and second from Dollansky on lap nine, using the low side of the track. Schatz shot by Pittman on lap 13, and Pittman returned the favor with fourteen in the books. Zomer went up in flames at that point and the red flag came out. S. Kinser went to the work area restarted tail. Up front, Pittman chose the inside line over Schatz, Dollansky, Swindell, Sides and McMahan. Schatz shot to the lead and pulled away. With 10 to go, Swindell passed Dollansky for third. Schatz left the field behind, while Pittman, Swindell and Dollansky battled. Dollansky worked by Swindell late to complete the podium.

Heat (started): 1. Bill Boles 05 (3) 2. Bruce Anderson 11A (1) 3. Travis Lain 33 (5) 4. Mike Stien 4s (4) 5. Kaleb Johnson 93 (6) 6. Nick Johansen 12x (2) DNS – Trevor Smith 33x

Johnson elected for the tail in his first ever full-size sprint race. Boles jumped from row two to the lead and took off in the 8-lapper. Johansen, also starting for the first time, came to a stop on lap six. The restart saw Boles ahead of Anderson, Lain and Stien. That's how they would finish.

A main (started): 1. Boles (2) 2. Johnson (5) 3. Anderson (3) 4. Lain (1) 5. Johansen (6) 6. Stien (4) 7. Smith (7)

Boles led Lain and Anderson early in the 10-lapper. Lain tangled with the lapped car of Smith on lap four, bringing out caution. Smith would retire. Boles led Anderson and Johnson back to green. Johnson shot by Anderson on the restart for second, before Johansen spun with six laps in the books in the final caution. Boles cruised to the win, with first-timer Johnson looking good with a strong second. Lain recovered for fourth with a damaged top wing.

Last night it was probably the best the track has been in awhile!! hopefully they can keep that kind of track prep up the rest of the year! thought the races were good overall, glad they didn't run the mini sprints otherwise we would of been there till 1 a.m.!!! really appreciate it when the weather is turning bad they push to get the Outlaws in and let the fans get there money worth!!!
