HUGE SIX-EVENT Stretch Kicks Off THIS FRIDAY at RPM SPEEDWAY!

to keep track of the weather effects on dirt track racing in 2013.
But
not to worry, RPM Speedway has developed a solution caused from last
Friday’s rain-postponed feature events – for all six racing divisions
affected:
-FRIDAY MAY 31:
$750/win Limited Modified feature (and remaining 2nd B-feature to
complete the A-feature field) from 5/24 will be completed; and $400/win
Factory Stock feature from 5/24 will be completed first. Then, there
will be a complete program of USRA Modifieds ($600/win and $100/start),
Limited Modifieds ($500/win), Street Stocks ($400/win) and Factory
Stocks ($300/win). If you were a Limited Modified B-feature #1
non-qualifier or Factory Stock B-feature non-qualifier from 5/24, you
will have a free pit pass waiting for you at the pit gate. All other
drivers must purchase pit passes on 5/31.
-FRIDAY JUNE 7:
Complete $1000/win Modified feature from 5/24; and $500/win Street
Stock feature from 5/24 will be run first. Then, there will be a
complete program of USRA Modifieds (special event: $1000/win and
$100/start), Limited Modifieds ($500/win), Street Stocks ($400/win) and
Factory Stocks ($300/win). Note that the 5/24 make-up feature fields for
the Modifieds and Street Stocks are already set. There is no entry fee
for the special USRA race.
-SUNDAY JUNE 9:
RPM SUMMER SHOOTOUT. There are no schedule changes to this special
event for RaceSaver Sprint Cars, USRA Modifieds, Street Stocks, Limited
Modifieds and Factory Stocks. Full RPM points race in all five
divisions. All race divisions will draw for heat race starting position.
Special starting time of 4pm – see track website for complete details
on this special Sunday twilight racing event! Factory Stock teams:
LoneStar Speedway legal Factory Stocks are legal for this special event.
-FRIDAY JUNE 14:
$500/win and $200/start RaceSaver Sprint Car feature from 5/24 will be
completed first. Then, there will be a complete program of RaceSaver
Sprint Cars ($500/win and $140/start), USRA Modifieds ($600/win and
$100/start), Limited Modifieds ($500/win), Street Stocks ($400/win) and
Factory Stocks ($300/win). The 5/24 make-up feature field for the
RaceSaver Sprint Cars is already set.
-FRIDAY JUNE 21:
The TWMA Winged Modified feature from 5/24 will be completed first.
Then, there will be a complete program of TWMA Winged Modifieds, USRA
Modifieds ($600/win and $100/start), Limited Modifieds ($500/win),
Street Stocks ($400/win) and Factory Stocks ($300/win). The 5/24 make-up
feature field for the TWMA is already set.
-FRIDAY JUNE 28:
The USMTS Series makes their final scheduled appearance at RPM Speedway
in 2013. Don’t miss this wild show that left fans raving after the
March 15 USMTS program at RPM Speedway. Joining the high-powered
Modifieds will be $750/win Limited Modifieds, $500/win Street Stocks and
$500/win Factory Stocks. It will be a point’s race for USRA Modifieds
and all three RPM racing divisions, just like the March 15 event.
A new viewable/printable track schedule is posted at the track website reflecting these changes.
Here is the schedule for this Friday, May 31 at RPM Speedway:
PIT GATE OPENS at 5:30pm
GRANDSTANDS OPEN at 6pm
MANDATORY* WHEEL PACKING 7pm (ALL CARS, ALL CLASSES)
DRAW CUT OFF & HOT LAPS at 7:30pm SHARP
FIRST GREEN FLAG is at 8pm SHARP
REGULAR
GRANDSTANDTICKET PRICES ($12 for adults) and pit passes ($30 for all
ages) are in effect, with no driver entry fees in any division.
*Mandatory
Wheel Packing from 7-7:30 for all cars in all classes. If your car does
not wheel pack by 7:30 (at the time of the draw cutoff), you will start
your heat race at the tail of the field and there are no passing points
for those drivers. This applies to all drivers in all race divisions.
