Sammy Swindell is pleased with the performance of his Eagle Chassis and has not made, and has not considered making, a change in chassis vendors. There have been ZERO issues with Sammy's version of the Eagle Chassis since the switch in Little Rock at the 2012 Short Track Nationals. The Big Game Treestands #1 sprinter team has their sights set on the winner's circle this weekend.
Please refrain from posting rumors and innuendos to the contrary.

Outside of the fact that it's "Sammy's version" I'm sure there is nothing wrong with it. I don't remember him winning as many races since the STN's (but you can probably confirm that since you are all knowing when it comes to Sammy) as he did before. I also don't remember as many fast times since then but the one thing I know about Sammy is that if something goes wrong or isn't working it ain't his fault. So if it's "Sammy's version" it must be, as you alluded to earlier, the tires. Er, or, maybe something else. Definitely not Sammy. DEFINITELY.

You are correct. I do not know how these things get started. The new Eagle I have seen has extra nice welds, I mean really nice. They have features that cost more time and money to do, but they make a better race car frame. I guess this is the internet and you can type in anything you want without knowledge on the subject.

In 19 races he has one win and 11 top 10 finishes. That is not too bad but certainly not up to "Sammy standards" we are accustomed to. Maybe he might give XXX a try????

This weekends "version" is a Maxim with Eagle radiator tabs.

Sammy Swindell is "pleased" with the performance of his Eagle Chassis ... but is "freakin ecstatic" about the big check from Speedway each month for driving it mid-pack (if he's lucky).

I think both Sammy and Steve are having more than "chassis" problems this year.

Yo' dirt, if you were actually watching Sammy get put a lap down then you obviously most have forgot (or were to blind to see) about the crash he got caught in and the wing that was trashed which accounted for the total lack of speed the last few laps, sheesh.......
