is it possible to block mother nature's attempt to fix the dismal track conditions?

Prolly an attempt to get the locals use to racing on the outlaw mandated junk track conditions...:/

More like using the same business model to run a lesbian bar and a dirt track.

Problem is she is making it so bad, it will never sell as a race track and she will sell it off to some developer for a shopping center, condo complex, single family homes or all of the above.
You know at some point there are lots of drivers, owners, fans & promoters who are rolling over in their graves.
What a damn shame!

look no further than the vacant seats in the main grandstand for your testimonials.
they will need a 8 second delay and a bleep button if Montieth can manage to get his friday dry slick box near a victory lane microphone.

The best races I have seen are on dry/slick racetracks. I'll take a competitive race over hammer down quick times all night.

Seriously? If you don't know what you're talking about, don't comment. Williams Grove has rubbered up and became follow the leader... Not racy! Slicking off with multiple grooves would be great...

I've been to one Williams Grove race this year...We used to go EVERY week...Last year I went about once a month...Looks like this year is going to be less than that...I live 20mins from the track...I just hope they sell the place to a real racer before its totally ran into the ground...
Kreitz did come from 10th the other week to win...Good thing he did the passing when he did...Once in the lead Kreitz manged to work up a half a track lead and then ran into lapped traffic...By this time the track became single lane around the bottom...Kreitz manged to pick off a few lapped cars....Rahmer ran Kreitz down like he was standing still but couldn't do anything with Kreitz glued to the bottom..
Is the attendence off that bad?
As long as the WG Message Board is alive and well everyone will be happy!

the frontstretch stands are barren....maybe the churchy atmosphere over there drove the fans to the backstretch, which still habors the loyal and provides the best entertainment value - even when the field is scrubbing the bottom for grip at the halfway mark.

It was dry slick for the All Stars and the winner came from 10th.
Seems like last week was pretty bad from reading the press release. Won't stop me from being there next weekend.

My guess, and this is only a guess, is that the Pink Hair Lady is saving track prep diesel fuel costs for an extended fireworks show when the carnival comes to town in a week and a half...

If you can open the gates for the blind faithful on any given Friday night at Williams Grove Speedway, a.k.a. The Greed, then you can promote it! Personally, I'd like to see Wendy The Retard give it a go. E-Mods. Serious note: The days of mud slinging at The Greed are limited to watching the 410 warm-ups. Yes, I will pay my way in on Friday night to watch "practice" time trials. Eye B stupid too!

I don't know about anyone else but, I leave the house every Friday to go to Trail Way and get lost and end up in Will I Am's cow pasture...
