Willis, TX – Call it fate. Call it karma. Call it the cosmos aligning in just the right way. Or if you prefer, just straight up, good ole' fashioned luck. For Aaron Reutzel, his hard work and talent paired with any of the previous statements came together to bring him his second sprint car victory of 2013 and his second straight Nolan Wren Memorial victory at Gator Motorplex in Willis, TX with the ASCS Gulf South region. For years, the Wren family has been supporting Aaron's racing, with Ralph and Terri fielding a micro sprint for him to race as well as offering support of his sprint car operation. After winning last year's Wren Memorial, Aaron had his sights set on winning two in a row after taking a heat race win and making the redraw. "It was the weirdest thing…really cool…I was just about to reach in for the redraw when I decided to run back and have Nolan's wife pull my pill. She reached in and pulled the 1, giving me the pole, and it was all good from there" said Aaron. 25 laps later from the pole, it was Aaron standing in victory lane with his #87 Motor Mike powered Triple X.
