Darrah had a fast car as well as Saldana. Darrah cost himself that race. Like Johnny Gibson said during the red flag "Cody threw the rudest slide job on Joey for the lead", fortunately Joey was smart enough to lift. Joey returned the favor a few laps later and Cody didn't lift, in return tearing up another car for the second night in a row.
I have been the first to defend Cody Darrah over the years but I have finally seen the light. Its time somebody else takes over the seat of the #4. Cody has his shining moments but he definitely isn't a smart driver and has no idea how to conserve equipment and be consistent, even in TOP equipment. And to make matters worse, he has a mouthy dad and girlfriend which is enough to piss anyone off.
Unless Daddy pays for the ride, you would think his time is numbered. The majority of the sprint car world would kill to see David Gravel in that ride!

TK is the man! The 83 car has been one of the fastest sprintcars in the Country since Roth teamed up with KKR two years ago. The Roth team learned a lot it looks like.
I like the new TK. He has become the ambassador for cleen driving and calls out all the bonehead mistakes the outlaw drivers do on the track every week.

Newsflash! The Roth cars have always been top notch nothing was gained from partnering with KKR a few years ago.

2hnker there is a huge difference in a rude slide job then a direct hit The slide job Darrah put on Joey clearly pissed him off and he took Darrah out adding he put himself out one of the reasons he has never won a championship in all these years. Look at the video and you cannot say that Darrah took himself out when Joey came from the bottom straight acros into the cage of Darrah's As far as Gravel I do believe that the both of them including Darrah are the future of this outlaws and we will need more of them to keep this going

remember what sammy said about slide jobs?
when will they learn to get out of my way.
from what i heard darrah had the option to lift just as joey did before.
also if someone disrespects you on a slider as bad as it sounds like darrah did to joey, well pay back is coming. even if it ends up taking yourself out.
to indy and beyond!!

wheres the video? You will have to pay a fee on the The Cushion watch the entire video or go straight to 20.00. Actually there was as much racing between them two and the cars directly behind them with mean slide jobs. On Joey's facebook this is his understanding of what happened. With 16 laps to go, the red flag flew when Darrah tried to take the lead from Saldana and slid into the 71M. The collision caused Darrah to flip upside down in turn two.
