Nothing is going to happen to Solwald for the ridicilious actions he pulled last night by driving his car in the side of Json Martin and thats a shame.. What do you think would have happened if it was someone else? Look at the guys already on "probation" and look at their incidents compared to what he did,and they let him keep racing after that happened? Who is running the WOO? A bunch of morons or what? After someone deliberately attempts to harm another driver like that with their car, they should have been arrested,or something other than nothing happen..what a great job WOO,just making your orginization look that much worse by playing favorites and not doing the right thing by getting rid of a jackass like that for the rest of the year..

I believe if they get Jason Martin off the track, most of these incidents will go away.. Ever wonder how he got the nickname "Hit Man"?... I assume it's because he's hit everything and everyone on the track...
But, that is my opinion...

Anyone catch the interview with Jason Myers after the race on Dirtvision? Isn't that what McCarl got fined for, sorta? Take It Easy....

Sowald did a u turn and very lightly bumped into Martin, then he got out of his car and was jawing for a bit, then the s--t hit the fan.
If you did not see how lightly Sowald ran into him, I recon it might have sounded worse than it actually was. I was about 50 feet away from the thing.
The origanal poster needs to get a life.
What is the word on McCarl? That was a high speed crash, and he was VERY lucky that any other cars did not hit him. He was holding his arm, and looked pretty sore as he walked back to his pit. Any word?

What does that potent WOO rulebook say about Obsene Gestures? especially on the race track? I am just saying, they are apparently going to allow these actions to take place, when does it end or does it? or does it just matter who you are?

Give it a rest there Razor. You want fines, endless rules, P.C. or church boys, stick with NASCAR.
Did hearing all this over your computer upset you all that much?
You don't like it, don't attend, don't watch it on TV, don't listen to it on your computer. Really, if your that offended, give the stuff up. Why torment yourself?
Just quit crying.

If th eyewitness reports I'm hearing about the incident are as stated, then Solwold AND his crew chief need to be disciplined. Hey, I like those guys. They are good racers and good people, but you can't make a u-turn back to your target and start hitting him. If McCarl got disciplined for what he did (and he should have), then the powers that be need to take action on this situation. Consistency is an important part of leadership. Don't think for a minute the other drivers haven't taken notice of what action the series officials take.
The world has changed. Whether everybody likes it or not.

I agree with you John..They need to be consistant in all their calls,Just amazing that someone can deliberately run their car in the side of someone, and not get booted out that same night and still be allowed to continue racing with the potential to cause harm to another driver again. Just hope the WOO does the right thing with the Points and Money,Fines for everyone that deicdes to take action like this.

I didn't see or hear what went on the other night 1st hand, but I am sure the WoO will handle it in what ever way they see fit. The R19 team is not one of the teams that recieves preferental treatment.
It's a rarity for Solwold to cause or be involved in a wreck.
Can't say the same about the Hit Man.

Did anyone happen to see the guy get powerbombed into the dirt. With what someone is saying they are with Solwold. That was my favorite part of it. Looked like he went down pretty hard by a pretty big fire crew guy.

Actually, if The WoO follow suit with what they've done in the past, they would place the team on probation.
Once on probation, any further incidents would be cause for fines and/or point deductions.
