I'm looking for all of the Belleville winners.
Don't tell me to Google, I've already tried that.

USAC quit going there.
The place is such a motor killer that fewer cars were coming every year. It started as a 3 day show, and then it went down to 2.
In the early years, there were a few deaths. I don't know why they didn't have the sense to move it to the infield quarter mile.

USAC DID NOT quit going there. The were completely justifiably shown the door after Kevin Miller's arrogance led to two of the worst car counts and debacles in midget national history. The fact that they were allowed back in without public apology and on knees groveling is about as sad as it gets since they then intentionally tried to force their way back in with strong arm tactics. When you get the fox out of the henhouse you NEVER intentionally let it back in.
