ATTN WOO CREWS STUCK IN CALI !!!!!!!
Stuck with nothing to do SAT. night now that Calistoga and Petaluma have cancelled? Marysville Raceway Park is in the center of the north valley and doesn't rain out like the tracks in the hills.
Your World Racing Group membership card gets you free general admission or pit spectator admission for Saturday nights race ( bet you never thought THAT card would save you money). If you can beg, borrow or steal a 360 or spec sprint you may race at member prices. As an added bonus Sunday morning opens to a huge flea market on the grounds. Free big rig friendly parking on site and the hotels on our web site have free big rig parking and a Walmart and several eating establishments. I hope it sounds like a perfect down time destination. Questions? Paul Hawes (916) 417 1394.....paul

the woo contract teams and drivers can't run any tracks that don't have a woo race unless they get special permission.
i also know at one time the woo had a regulation that didn't let their teams run any winged shows within something like 48 hrs or 250 miles of a woo show.
it would be nice if the woo would give permission to race.

buzz...unless they have changed the rule I believe the 48 hour clause is "prior" to a race.

Hanford rebel Cup series is paying $2500 to win, and that is the location of their next race. Wonder if any will show up there.

i can't find current woo rules but i have the 2008 rules. they state no contract driver or car can run a non woo sanctioned winged 410 race within 48 hrs or 250 miles. 250 point penalty. it doesn't specify before or after a woo event.
i know after the ascs started their national series the woo changed the wording to no "winged" events instead of no "winged 410" events.
i don't know if this regulation is still currently active, but i would think so.

woo teams can't run any track that doesn't run a woo event. doesn't matter what it is. that is a current regulation.
as i said, after the ascs started their national series the woo wording was changed to say teams can't run any "winged" events within 48 hrs or 250 miles of a woo show.
doesn't matter what motors.
since i don't have current woo i don't know for certain that regulation is still in effect, but i would guess it is.
