We have just received word that "Doc" Griffin, the father of multi-time SCRA Champion "The Gasman" Richard Griffin, passed away on Monday.
"Doc" will be remembered by many in the racing community. Rest in Peace!

For those of you whoever spent sometime talking with "Doc" it was a treat to hear his amazing sense of humor in every statement he made. Richard learned from the best. Both were and are two of the funniest people in racing. Our deepest sympathies to the entire Griffin family and Bromme Jr. crew. "Doc" was a huge piece of that program in SCRA days. He will be missed but never forgotten.
