Normally, Stewart as the patron saint of dirt tracking racing can do no wrong. But in this case he's got his head up his tukas. Roger Penske, ever the gentleman, took him to task and said Logano, despite being a rich kid was a very talented driver and only did what Stewart was known for, in fact he said Smoke was the King of the blockers.

Logano was not talented enough to keep his car off the 11... Can't wait for Martinsville

I love my Sunday NASNAP, watch the start and crash out. Wake up with 50 to go...

Maybe Logano did not run out talent, I think he decided if he couldn't win, Denny wasn't either. It would not have been a HUGE deal if Denny had just spun out. You sow what you reap, Payback is a bitch.

Denny spun Joey at Bristiol (for blocking, kinda a theme with Joey these days) so he returned the favor, probably not smart at Cali. I'm sure Denny might return the favor, but probably smart enough not to do it at a High Speed track. I was there Sunday,

ALL DAY THE Video screens were hypeing the bad blood between Denny and Joey. I wonder what the opinions would of been if Joey had just let Denny go, I think most would think Joey was soft, I still do.

For Tony Stewart, didn't he just dump Chad Kemananh on Saturday at Chico, (thats what I read, couldn't see much on Dirtvision ;( ) which caused Chad to violently flip at the finish. Also didn't Tony cut down on Michael waltrip where this is an out of bounds line at 200 mph and nearly 20 cars crashed spectaculary. Joey did block all day (right in front of me) and I imagine Tony, Kevin and Kasy Kahne were not happy at all. But on the otherside, nobody crashed from Joey's blocking unlike Stewart at Tally. Stewart has tore up a lot of shit, stock cars or open wheel. I bet Joey has done alot less.

Was'nt this the Cale Yarbrough Bobby Allison same type of finish that ended up in a fight? Was'nt that the race that put NASCAR on the map?

Yeah but Donny and Cale were men, who walked the walk. Joey and Denny are little boys fighting each other like little bitches on twitter. I do not think of toughness when speaking about Denny or Joey, they are probably the softest drivers in CUP.

Anybody that can drive a car 200+ MPH, asshole to bellybutton with 42 other cars is a man in my book. That includes Danika! It seems to be a surprise to some old guys that they no longer rule. The next generation is always faster, stronger and smarter than us old dorks. Unlike stick and ball, size does not matter in racing, only the size of your cajones. One of my current favorites is Rico Abreu. This rich kid from wine country, knee high to a grasshopper, always runs up front with the big dogs. Kyle Larson would probably fall in the category of "soft", go figure.

Ah, Dave makes good points... Tony did just dump Chad at the finish of that WOO race. Kinda looked like in the very short clip we saw that maybe Tony did not know he was down there, but it's his job to know. Tony also wrecked 20 cars at Dega. I say two things, blocking at a plate race is part of the game. You have to take away a line, guys drag a brake, all good right. Part of it. Blocking on a non-plate track is going to get you spun and piss off the fans, but obviously it happens. I just think there is a distinction to be made between the plate races and the non-restricted races when it comes to this subject. But Smoke don't need me to apologize for him because he'll just "bust his ass" right!.

Finally, kind of looked like Joey did run out of talent to me. Why did he not run that line around the apron that he was passing cars with? 11 game him that, did not crowd him at all. Joey could have won it down there maybe, but I TOTALLY agree. When he realized he was in over his head he made sure the 11 was not going to win it! It's so easy to race from my couch with a beer in my hand haha.

Denny was probably dying for a burger and fries after his stay at Loma Linda University (class of 93) Medical Center. Hearing his airway was compromised was very scary, but I never heard what the real injury was... hope he is back in business. Cheers
