Surely you jest - those F1 rides are WAY too expensive.

and besides his "cost of obtaining one" he said he would not abide by their "don't pass your teammate to win" rule!

But I'll bet Larson could win faster in F1 than Vettel could in a sprint car!

larson is going to pick up enough dollars going the direction he is.
F1 would be a waste of good driving talent just to be a driving test dummy for a team with a computer controlled car.
F1 has become a test bed for technology, nothing more. not a test of over all driving ability.
take away the tech and maybe there would be more competition.
F1 has become like a bunch of kids running traxxas radio controlled cars.
to indy and beyond!!

Seriously? Explain how these "computer controlled cars" assist with driving Monza in the rain. Also, please explain how the skillsets are higher for driving an oval as compared to a road course...Wet or dry...And lack of competition? The past few seasons have had the closest points battles in all of motorsports. If you don't like the sport, more power to you, but don't try to portray it into something it isn't just because you don't like it.

Have you not seen him drive a go cart ? He's bad ass. There's a thread on here somewhere with a video.
We need more sprint car racing at our home track.

two years ago there was a tie in the points for the sprint cup. can't get closer than that.
and of all the different brands of cars, if you aren't in a red bull or a ferrari you don't seem to have a chance.

I would love to have a kick ass American in F1. He's only 20 so he has plenty of years to do what he wants. I followed Ken Schrader and Jeff Gordon to nascar and their getting close to retirement. So now I'll follow Larson.

It may be over stated that the cars are, "computer controlled" but, I agree too much computer crap in these cars.. I also think F1 would be a waste of time It's not Kyle's driving style not that he could drive one.. I personally hate F1. That's just my opinion and really dose not matter Napcar appeals more to me than F1
I bet F1 has Traction Control. Rain = Traction Control. ....

Red Bull, Ferrari, McLaren and Williams...............Ford, Chevy, Dodge and
Toyota...And F1 cars don't fit a common template...

No worries, we should see American Rossi getting an F1 ride in the next 12 to 24 months. Also, remember the #9 midgets owned my Steve Lewis? His son, Michael has been racing (and winning) in Europe for a number of years and should be joining up with an F1 team soon as a development driver.

Kyle's first choice is sprint cars as he said. The money is in Nascar.I personally would like to see him on dirt as I think he is the most talented and exciting driver in the sport. He's a smart kid, he'll do whats right for himself as he has a bright future no matter what he decides.

Actually, Kyle is an accomplished Kart racer who could have easily fit in with the F1 feeder series and eventually F1. Yeah, 200mph to 50mph and back to 200mph in the rain = BALLS!
