Having been involved in racing since the mid fifties both as a fan and a helper in a pit crew in my earlier days and obviously younger; things have changed dramatically in all areas. My first question is: What percentage of the purse offered is paid to non owner drivers, both under contract and those who run on a spot basis? Is it different in Nascar and the World of Outlaws or our local shows?
My second question is: Is there a way to post messages on three sites, such as: Scrafan, Northern Cal. Sprints and Hoseheads simultaneously?

I think it is different for most all of the teams with sprint car racing.....I am going to say that most of the drivers race for 50% of what the car makes...The owners sometimes pays for all pit passes and hotels too....I know that some only pay 50% if the driver wins...Like I said, it really varies per team...
