The JEI that he did not give away went back to JEI. That came right from JEI Chassis.

It is a promoter thing. Though He did say only heat race winners. He wouldn't be obligation to give it to anyone.
Like Knoxville, They advertise 2 Non Qual. races wed./thur but didn't have them...The question is where does the total sum of $4,000 go in the purse for not having them? Who cares if they didn't have the races but what about the money for the purse? Guess it just $4,000 tucked into the make up case of the purse and forgotten about.
