Was wondering how opening night went. Track surface, car counts, crowd, quality of racing?

ventura track conditions were the best i have seen, tacky no dust i could almost run with my foot flat on the floor. i am waiting for my laps to show lap times. overcast skies and not much winds helped heat races even the usual back straight dry out didnt happen and i think all of jim naylors hard work showed

racing was close and exciting with tom hendrick winning his 1st main

there was a top and bottom lane as guy woodward and greg taylor were fast on top tom beat them on the bottom

crowed was average weather was great
