Let's not over look Dave Blaney, JJ's team mate, finishing 17th.

boy was I wrong about the new cars, I thought they would race good. They still may on non-plate tracks, but not so much yesterday... the Nationwide cars and Trucks both put on better shows than the Cup cars.

JJ had good stops and stayed away from the wrecks, very nice payday for his team! Awesome. Wonder if he will drive at Canyon this weekend...

JJ's face book....Happy Monday! Starting off by thanking everyone for all the great comments and congrats! Getting a top 10 at Daytona was awesome. Thanks to our sponsors, Golden Corral (Kids eat free today), Arko Custom and the crew guys! Next stop, my hometown, Valley of the Sun..Phoenix!

do you suppose Johnson tore the r/front off the car on purpose during his donuts?just a thought a few years ago Chad reminded him on the radio if he won to wreck the rear end.

As was said so many times as to be a mantra, "the gen six car is meant to look like the car you'll see in the showroom." Implying, "We could give a flying bleep about blowing off the two-car drafts that made the gen five cars half-way interesting on the high banks?" Said it before; saying it again: NASCAR is not about racing.

NASCAR IS ALL ABOUT<<<<$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ AND NOT MUCH MORE,,,,, thats why it is better to stay with open wheel,,,,Sprint cars and midgets really do not have any big sponsors ,,,,,, they are supported buy there local fan base,,,,,, help support wild life,,,,, Attend a open wheel race at your local track,,,,,,,,, BE THERE !!!!!!!!,,,,ZZ

Unfortunately ,,,,,,,,,, in open wheel ,,,we do lose a lot of our top dogs to NASCAR just for that reason,,,, $$$$,,,I really can not blame them,,,,,,,,,, Its all about MONEY,,,,,,,, I just wish that open wheel had a way to produce a way to get prime TV,,,, To show the world that Sprint car racing is truly the number #1 automotive sport in the world,,,,, If you have never driven a Sprint car,,,,, you most likely will never make it to the top of NASCAR,,,,, Sprint cars / Midgets ,, teach you how to drive buy the seat of your pants,,,, And in open wheel ,,,, there is no RUBBIN in racing,,,,, you have got to drive clean,, none of this bump and run bull shit,,,,,,,, Even tho watching the bump and run in NASCAR is fun to watch,,,,, you just can not get away with that in Open wheel,,, you have got to be more DISCIPLINE in open wheel,,,,,, BOTTOM line ,,,,Open Wheel is just plain AWESOME,,,, It don't get any better than that,,,,, If you have never been to a Open Wheel race,,,,,,,, go to one,,,,, and after the race,,, go down into the pits after the race is over,,,, Meet the drivers ,,,,, YOU WILL GET HQQKED,,,,,,,,,ZZ

Interesting observation... It's only cheating if you get caught anyway right. Chad is no donkey, I would not put anything past him which is why it's so fun to debate the "what if" questions. El Cajon, CA is just 6-7miles over the hill from my home town of Chula Vista, CA so yea I am always pulling for Jimmy.

It was the 24 that had a hard time getting through Tech, his mill seemed hurt by the over-heating early on and he had nothing at the end; but I think all 4 Hendrick teams push the limit of where the grey area ends better than just about anyone else.
