Who's all going to be running at East Bay this week/weekend? I see Terry McCarl has it on his schedule and Scotty Thiel from up in Wisconsin will be making the trip down too.

3 time Canadian Nationals winner Steve Poirier and fellow Quebec native Michael Parent will be competing.
Danny Holtgraver and Greg Wilson will also be racing at East Bay...Should be a great event!

This is a far cry from former Winternationals at this onetime great track. They don't even show who is entered or registered for the series on the track's web site. I expect that they will be hard pressed to get 30 ASCS type sprinters. The track dosen't normally run ASCS type sprints but a lesser lower hp type that they used to call Southern Modifieds and several of them my show up to get some start money. I'd go to Ocala for the USAC show if it were my choice for sure!
