Hey steve kinser doesnt need someone else to tell him how the car feels or how to set it up.only he knows when it is time to hang it up,he will let us know,he has won sooooo many races on guts and deterination, its just the beginning of the season and not an outlaw race,so wait and see.

Unfortunately, guts and determination aren't enough anymore... the current state requires a bit more sophistication.
I'm thankful for guys like Tony Stewart, who are willing to finance multiple Outlaw teams! With that said, it doesn't seem like there's a lot of standardization and or the sharing of best paractices. Isn't that the point of a multiple car team?
Btw, did anyone watch Tony's Jackslash interview? He's planning to run up to 50 sprint car races during the 2013 season! Very cool!

Did I not read on an earlier thread that Steve's main problems were engines and horsepower ? And that he was looking into new engines and builder. Where has that taken him.
We need more sprint car racing at our home track.

It is a little know fact that most WoO teams use these few races before the season for some R&D. I wouldn't put to much in to the results from this weekend other than the fact that whatever Schatz tried it worked!!

That's exactly what it is, he was on winged nation at the end of last season and said they are gonna talk about their motor problems, but it looks like they sat down and decided to stay with the same motors. Which is a disappointment because in my opinion if Gerkin didnt have to deal with motors and just worked on adjusting the car they would be right up there with Schatz.

Hey guys, the season is just starting. Give a guy a break. Schautz is about the only one with a car, motor and shock program like his. It works for him for the last 10 years.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the king even run a completely different chassis than Schatz? Getting setups from Schatz is not likely the answer at this point.

I really don't think the King should be running in the back of an All Star show in February, December, May, March or mid-July...

yes, Schautz is J&J and steve is Maxim. Maxim has the most cars on the track, but you get into all kinds of variation like reversed arms and stacked tubes and this and that
