Hairy Situation at Hendrick
You’d think an opportunity to visit one of NASCAR’s most prominent teams would generate a wide range of stories to grab fans’ attention. This year’s trip to Hendrick Motorsports did create one that created a lot of buzz but it had nothing to do with anything on the racetrack. Kasey Kahne’s arrival at Wednesday’s media session sporting a new haircut was by far the most popular item of the entire week. "I thought he had a hairpiece on," team owner Rick Hendrick said about the “fade” cut Kahne sported. "He looked like an old guy with a real bad rug. I gave him $20 and said, 'Go finish your haircut.' "
Kahne said his inspiration was Los Angeles Laker guard Steve Nash. "I like his haircut," Kahne said
There is a picture of Kasey over at MRN and boy...does he really look dorky! (maybe he thinks he might have a chance with Queen Danica with a new doo!)

I used to be a fan. And I don't know exactly why. Somebody said he crashed at Daytona practice. But Kasey never came back for his qualifying races at the chili bowl. After he didn't make it in the main his 1st night. Every other racer that was there came back and tried to make the race. But he lost a fan here . Makes you think of a spoiled brat .i didn't make it so I'm gonna take my toys and go home.
We need more sprint car racing at our home track.

Hey kasey ill loan you five bucks so you can go back and get the hair cut finished. Or just come to my garage . That's where all the football players from my sons teams used to come and get shaved before hell week.
We need more sprint car racing at our home track.

dirt...haircuts are more expensive in Charloette...that's why Hendrick offered him the $20.00.

Maybe it was the car owner's decision? If it were me driving someone else's car, I wouldn't want to wreck it more than once anyway. Just sayin'.
