Thanks Gary for all that you did in racing.
A true champion of the sport and who did it his way.

one year gary came up to maxim chassis to order new cars and stopped in at jacksonville's weekly 410 show. he started about 3rd or 4th row in a-main and with calm precision picked his way to the front and won the race. it was fun watching him race on a small track. i am sad to see him retire but glad i had the chance to see a champion and class act race in person. to gary wright thanks for those memories and all that you have done for sprint car racing, a true national sprint car hall of fame member.

He's not retiring, he's only changing what he drives. Instead of a sprint car, he'll now drive a Titleist.
