Yes, it's in turn 4 at the corner on a large platform there where the frontstraightway seats start. Not sure how you reserve a seat in there, I'd contact the Expo staff to see if room is still available there or not.

I have not used the handicap section - but I believe that when you buy your tickets you reserve a place there. I would call the Chili Bowl folks - not the Expo Center people. I have friends who were there once (handicap section) and it was not a pleasant experience. Also handicap parking is at a premium there as they have sold many of those spots for reserved parking. Other than all of this, I think the Expo Center is pretty well equiped for handicap persons. Good luck.

As Carol mentioned,we had a bad experience with sitting in the handicap area,BUT NOT BECAUSE OF THE PEOPLE WHO ARE REGULAR HANDICAP SECTION USERS.

EVERYONE that we obseved was aware of the "pecking order" as required by the wheelchair residents because they above all realize the necessity for fair play in the small space that is available.

It is such a great opportunity for those that otherwise would not be able to enjoy the best event of the year. However,Carol is right.Since space is limited, one must plan ahead and purchase a HANDICAP TICKET.

I hope that you too will be able to enjoy the Chili Bowl and it's great facilities.HAPPY 2013 to all !!!!!
