Mike Monahan tows from Sparks, NV to CA tracks on a regular, sometimes weekly basis so it wouldn't seem out of the question to see plenty of teams make the tow in the opposite direction, especially for 2 day shows.

Hate to be pessimistic here, but to me, this is some serious writing on the wall. I am thinking it will be the demise of the KWS.

Sorry no disrespect to the following drivers because they have the resources to follow a dream but i will not travel to nevada to see Dan or Danielle Simpson,Pat Harvey,or Doug Gandy race they fit into the same catagory as Monahan field fillers i dont care how cheap the tickets are or how fast the program is.

Hey I have an idea, maybe you guys should bring your cars out. Then we can see how fast you are compared to these washed up drivers. If you think you can do a better job than kws, step uup or shut up.

Well i know i would suck against the never was drivers maybe they will smarten up and put somebody in those cars that can compete for a top five or maybe a win it would be a better show instead of waiting to be the next caution. if i had any talent i would but i guess they are content running tail end charlie and spending all there money

Well if not for these washed up drivers kws wouldnt have a series and kws has made it appealing i think they get $500 dollars just to start the feature thats more money then they get for winning at some of the stockcar races i guess it make sense but i dont have to pay to see it.

to the haters, Mike Monahan won 1 feature and a bunch of top 5 at Marysville last season AFTER having 3 fingers brutally amputated and reattached. anyone with less love of the sport would have been home drawing disability and watching TV. every season he goes to montana for a few races and that keeps him out of the points hunt at MRP. I love watching "Washed up" racers with the kind of heart Mike shows...Paul G. Hawes, Promoter, Marysville Raceway Park

If you dont like tk, bk, bud k,allard, murphy, statler, croft, suggs, gregg, bobby mac, stidham, not to mention the others that show up time to time. which makes it the best weekly deal going. Who do u want to watch in kws races.

so you started this thread to vent your opinions and that is great. we all know by now that you will not be attending.
i live in portland oregon and do about thirty shows a year and i will be traveling to another state to watch them. the reason is that i love sprint car racing, plain and simple and will support any 410 series that i get close to.
dan simpson hasen't raced in several seasons i believe, (correct me if i am incorrect) back issues so the statement about him driving lacks validation imo.
the kws season opener is at antioch in march, i will make the trip to support them.
Ascot was the greatest of all time..
West Capital wasn't half bad either..
Life is good...

I am sorry that you will not be traveling to watch them race, but why do you have to bad mouth the series? They have not even ran a race this year yet, give them a chance.
