Are you allowed to start a pass before you reach the cone? They always announce no passing. Some drivers are penalized for it and others are not. It sure looked like the 55 factoty stock has had his car up by the doors of the car in front of him by the cone the last two weeks. Yet he never loses his finishing position. I really don't car what they call as long as all drivers are treated the same.

as long as you dont completely pass the car in front of you you are ok , you an be beside him just let his bumper stay in front of yours . They say to stay nose to tail until the cone but there are'nt many that do.
winners dont cry when they lose , they go back to the
drawing board and come back for round 2 !
