You may get some help by asking the same question here. There are a lot of Guys on these sites that know where some of these older cars rest. Especially if the said car is from PA. Hope this helps.

Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint

Thank You SLINK51 I will try that. I have talked to Ron Trevis on phone there were 7 cars, I think dad only drove 4 of them. One was # 78 he never drove but has been restored. The first car dad drove for Al Hamilton was bought from Bud Grim (88) it has been restored to original by( Marvin Heller ) He did his homework that car is perfect, Dad won a lot of races in that car the first year he drove for AL, Marvin was nice enough to let me sit in it last year at Williams Grove while it was on display. Now I want to do one before my dad is gone. Thanks You for trying to help get one of those cars. Brett Adamson

Mom & Dad are doing good, Dad just built a (Van's rv-12) airplane completely by himself at 77 years, He's been flying it for about a year now. Will he know who you are ?. I'm taking my Family to Florida to visit them in a couple weeks. How is Gus ?

I'm not really much help in enabling you find a car to restore, but if my memory serves me correct I can recall where two of these cars went to. One of the Hawthorne #35 cars was purchased by Dan Daley of Greencastle and campaigned as a #29 and possible driven my Joe Lingle. Dan just passed away in Sebring Florida recently; his wife still resides there with her daughter. Another of the Hamilton cars was purchased by the V and A racing team, (Varner and Anthony) and driven by Donnie Varner as a #44. I know it was replaced around 1972 by an Allen Chassis and the Trevis frame set outside the shop in Greencastle for a few years. I'm quite sure it was eventually sent to the scrap pile though. L
