These are my picks.
Dollansky-An Outlaw need I say more.
DeWall-Mr.Consistany, Still exciting to watch drive through the field after his 30th year of racing.Though Wins have not showed how he has run, he had a win at the Husets/NOSA Challenge within his grasps only to have the engine go with 2 to go.Many top fives.
Geldner-Running a Light Schedule this year, almost only half the races as last year.
Richert-2 Wins this year
Winters-Mr.Excitement,Settle him down and he can run with anybody.
Lindquist-Retired,Still a Knoxville win this year in 410's and a great year last year puts him on my list.
John Sernett-Ira Regular,Has had hard luck this year but usually picks up a couple towards the end of the year.
Billy Balog-Not sure if he's from Minnesota but He races in the state alot.Seems to always run up front and contending.
Thats my Opinions.

Billy's from Alaska, moved to Indiana, but lives in Wisconsin for the racing season. At least as of last week.
Travis Whitney's having a better year than anyone on your list except maybe Dollansky.
And since he now lives in Forest Lake, Minnesota can claim Brooke Tatnell.

Depends on what class of cars you're talking about. So far all the answers have been Sprint drivers but there are some good Mod and Late Model drivers from Minnesota as well. In Late Models I'll take Justin Fegers and Dave Cain gets the nod in the Modifieds. Of course you've still got Noble and Jones doing some racing in the Mods. Dave Mass is a good driver and has looked good in a 360 Sprint, Modified and Super Stock. There's a bunch of them if you include all types of racing.

Yeah, Midgets, Silver Crown, Champ Car WS, IRL & F1. But in Minnesota, we only get Sprints. LOL
