I see the forecast for Friday is for rain for STN. I was just wondering what the schedule would be if that occurred and what the PPV broadcast would do. I assume Friday's action would take place Saturday afternoon, but you know what happens when you assume.

I see overnight rain on Thursday so we will push
the show to get done as early as possible. I then see on and off
showers through lunch or so on Friday. It will be wet but I think we
will race Friday night. If either of the preliminary shows got
completely washed out it would be run on early Saturday.
If we got rain before the Thursday show was
complete, we would most likely just do what we did last year and come
back Friday evening about 6pm with the remainder of the Thursday show,
and then roll straight into the Friday night show.
We are going to do everything in our power to push the show forward and
make it so that weather won't be an issue. As we all know this cold
front could slow down, speed up, or not happen at all....it's the
midsouth after all. It wouldn't be the STN if weather didn't interject
in some form or fashion.

Thanks for the info.
It always sucks when weather can cause havoc to a big event. Normally out here in Calif. we don't get weather but one year the Oval Nationals got washed out on a Saturday Night and they ran the final on a Sunday Night
Good Luck with the racing and weather this week. Probably check out the PPV for first two nights, than maybe hit my own little bull ring at Ventura and catch their 360 Non-wing race
