The "next Jeff Gordon" says Despain but struggles to qualify in central PA. Despain also says NASCAR plate stuff is not racing. Good show tonight.

I say central PA should be covered weekly in USA Today. Larson dominates everywhere and struggles to keep pace with our part time racers.

Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

I'll just start this out with straightening out your first mistake. Despain said "some" say thet Larson is the next Jeff Gorden. Despain himself said no such thing!

Minthess, do you even care who's driving the car, I thought your only mission was to come up with conspiracy theory's about Ford and the WoO?

How did Gordon fare out in PA? I think his career turned out okay. The world isn't flat, there IS good racing outside of Central PA.

Although I would agree that Central PA is probably the best local racing in the country to say that because Larson has struggled there takes anything away from him is just silly. He might be the most versatile driver in the country and is definitely on the fast track to a Nascar career. If he were to decide to race in Cental PA regularly he would definitely run up front on a consistent basis.

This is so stupid. I like the Posse too. Why can't you guys just admit he's good? Makes this Board look ridiculous. Same thing, over & over

going over larson's results i count 26 wins in 12 states in 7 different types of race cars.

how many PA guys have won in 12 states this year? hell how many of them have won in 12 states period?

the thing is PA doesn't seem to factor in the whole scheme of things anymore than Alaska does.

the only thing that really matters is that kyle remembers to buy his mother something nice! lol.

to indy and beyond!!

Again, who is the next big thing in a race car that is young coming from PA? Even in the dirt, what else can you lay came to other than local winged 410 sprint car racing. Get over yourselves already.

The wingless racing in Indiana is way better. Kyle didn't do anything his first few times at Kokomo either, but this year he's won 2 sprint car races and 1 midget race there. Here was the result at his first try at Kokomo: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJeSCH5QqO0

25 wins, even Kyle says the one in Flora with 4 cars doesn't count.

You have finally lost your mind. If he was winning in a Ford, you couldn't be on your knees fast enough.

I think Hawker is correct...did Gordon ever qualify on Posse Soil?

None of you are mentioning what Jeff Gordon's reply to Despain was?

He said something like - Kyle, in Jeff's estimation, is the most talented driver in the sport because of his diverse wins in all the different classes.

Jeff said he Tweets Kyle everytime he wins and he's getting tired of doing it because the kid wins so often! He said the kid wins frequently in more than one class in a single week-end - - and he said it with some admiration & repect implied as he had this big grin on his face.

He compared Kyle more to Tony Stewart than to Gordon because Tony had driven in multiple classes too.
