I have not seen an official press release, but yes that is what the plan is for 2013. I guess Rob Sell will be the owner and Fred is bringing several of his long time sponsors on board for the effort. I still don't feel it will be an upgrade for Rahmer, compared to what he is used to, however I think crew chief Moon Beyers is part of the deal as well. Look at Hodnett and the Trone 39 and their success the past few seasons. It was the same type of deal with many different sponsors coming to the team and Greg bringing Lee Stauffer as part of the package. I hope this new combination helps get Fred back to where he belongs: UP FRONT
