Announcing “kicking It Western Style!” We are bringing Jeff
Gordon’s Children’s’ Foundation, Kick-it to Cure pediatric Cancer, to the
Western World Championships at Canyon Speedway Park, on November 15th
in Peoria, AZ. Just like the Knoxville Nationals and Gold cup we will be
pitting some of the nations best sprint car drivers against each other on the
kickball field. Only in this game the ultimate decision will be made… Is Wing
or Non-Wing better??? The Non-Wing Bad Boys are going to Co-Captained by Dave Darland
and Charles Davis Jr. Some of their team mates include; Brady Bacon, Casey
Schuman, Andy Reinbold, Rick Zhiel, Brian
Hossford, Stevie Sussex, Josh Pelkey and Bryan Clauson. The Winged Warriors
Will be headed up by Johnny “Hollywood” Herrera and his team includes; Travis
Rilat, Brad Loyet, Travis Senter, Brian Hulbert, Seth Bergman, Josh Hodges,
Dustin Morgan, Matt Lundy,Mike Martin,
Jonathan Pruitt-Goetz, Tara Bruce, Ashley Rapier, Blake Hahn, Jack Dover, Matt Ward, Tony Bruce
Jr., and Logan Forler. And, these are just some of the drivers that will be
participating! Due to the overwhelming response by people wanting to
participate, we may be holing an additional game and/or rotating players in so
that everyone can play!
In addition, in between innings we will be holding an
auction to raise additional money for this great cause. Just some of the items
we will be handing out to the highest bidder include; two tickets to the 2013
Chili bowl, signed driver helmets, an adult big wheel style trike, Weld truck
wheels, numerous Hendricks motorsports memorabilia, and many more items!
Additionally, for your palette, there will be a bake sale, with many goodies to
bring home and enjoy!
The games will begin 10am, Friday November 15th
at Canyons speedway Park.
There will be an entrance fee to enjoy the games of $3.00 per person; all
proceeds will be matched by Jeff Gordon. Please come and help us raise funds
and awareness for this great cause! If you can’t join us, feel free to donate

Hey Everyone, Just a quick update. We have changed the date of the game to SATURDAY, Nov. 17th at 10am so that more people would be able to attend! I hope this helps everyone out! It is looking to be a great event! Just this past weekend we signed Mike Spencer, Bob Ream Jr., Josh Pelkey and Josh Shipley! We have many great things up for auction, and more coming in everyday!
