TWINS AMSOIL TEAMS UP WITH ROSSON RACING AND WHITE NUCKL USA!
(October 5, 2012, Montclair, CA) The "Oil Twins," Casey and Andy Jones,
are pleased to announce that they have joined forces with Rosson Racing
and White Nuckl USA. Rosson Racing specializes in Dwarf Cars and
Lightning Sprint Cars. White Nuckl USA is a fast rising clothing company
with a huge love and involvement in motorsports.
Shane Rosson, the 2007 California Lightning Sprint Car champion, founded
Rosson Racing when he began competing in the CLS Series in 1996. Since
then the famous Ramona, California company has been building
championship quality engines & chassis' and turning out custom
fabricated parts for winning drivers across the nation. As this piece
went to press, Rosson Racing equipped drivers had captured the main
event checkered flag over 110 times in Dwarf Cars and Lightning Sprints
in 2012. Rosson and the Oil Twins met just a couple of months ago at
Perris Auto Speedway. "One race night I went over to Andy Jones to get a
radio (race radio) and we got to talking," Rosson said by telephone on
Wednesday. "He said he would love to be involved with our product. I
said, 'I would love that.' He got it going through the Amsoil corporate
office and we are very pleased to have them as part of our racing
program." Once the sponsorship kicked in, Rosson started using Amsoil
and he is delighted with the results. "We started using the product
three or four races ago and I am happy with it," Rosson enthused. "We
have not had any problems. We were up at Marysville last weekend for the
last Dwarf Car National Race of the year and the temperature was up on
both cars a bit and it was comforting to know the Amsoil product was in
there because we did not have any issues." At that race, the Rosson
Racing team cars of Angel Figueroa of El Segundo, California and Ronnie
"The Monster" Williams of Las Vegas, both sewed up Western Dwarf Car
Association National Championships. Figueroa in the Vet Division and
Williams was co-champion with Camron Diatte in the Pro Class. "We are
very happy to be involved with a quality company like Rosson Racing,"
Andy Jones stated from his Montclair, California office. "Rosson Racing
is a name associated with winning racers in top of the line equipment.
We feel with Amsoil, they are putting the best possible lubricants in
those cars and there will be many more wins to come." Recently, Rosson
built a turn key state of the art Lightning Sprint Car for Ronnie
Hancock of White Nuckl USA. The car will be sponsored by Amsoil through
the Oil Twins. A longtime racer and racing supporter, Hancock hopes to
expand the White Nuckl USA brand to every racetrack in the nation. "When
a customer or racer goes to a particular racetrack, they will be able
to go to the clothing stand and be able to buy White Nuckl clothing just
like they do at Perris Auto Speedway," Hancock said. Like Rosson,
Hancock met Andy Jones at Perris Auto Speedway. They hit it off and that
is what led to the Oil Twins sponsoring the White Nuckl USA car that
will debut at The Shootout in Tulsa, Oklahoma in January. "I met them
out at Perris and they seem like really nice folks," Hancock said of his
connection to the Oil Twins. "They said, 'Hey, can you help us and we
will help you?' I said, 'Yeah, no problem.' I have taken their oil and
put it in my car and put their decals on my car. We are happy to be
working hand in hand with them on some different events. Also have to
thank Don & Kim Kazarian and Charlie Watson from Perris Auto
Speedway. Without them I doubt if all of this could have happened." Over
the winter, Hancock and White Nuckl USA will be showing the Rosson
Racing car and Amsoil name to thousands at trade shows in Orlando,
Florida and Indianapolis, Indiana before heading to the race in Tulsa.
"We met Ronnie from White Nuckl at Perris Auto Speedway," Andy Jones
said. "We saw his dedication to the sport and the racers and saw the
good-looking product the company produces and we decided to get involved
