With everyone talking about Kinser being down on horsepower and hurting a lot of engines. Isn't Fulton a slick track that doesn't require a ton of power? I've never been there so I'm just asking. If that's true, then last night proved right there that Kinser still has it. Dry slick tracks prove who the better drivers are, and that he does have a horsepower problem.
