Larry Henry an I just returned from seeing Steve and had a very nice and emotional visit. It is hard to see this man we all know and love laying there not knowing what tomorrow may bring. In our lives we pretty much deal our own cards and some times we get a curve ball or two. Steve has the count against him right now and with prayers blessing him everyday we need just a tick more to raise his and the families spirits. Today, not tomorrow lets all go out and get a simple get well card showing how much he means to us. Thank you once again for the time and do not hesitate for a second to do this simple task. And don't forget, let's keep Al busy down at So Cal Performance chasing parts. Steve has the So Cal trailer and shop stocked with everything from cleaning products to torsion bars. So for all of you car owners, drivers, crew members and mud scrapers let's use up that stock in house and help the situation. The Glen Howard is right around the corner and Steve has come up with extra money every year to help all of the racers out.

Tony;Thanks for the info on Steve,I'll get a card out to him asap as I to know what it's like to be seriously ill and in the hospital and how much a card from your friends can cheer you up. If I get some time I'll stop by and see him as he isn't that far away from my house.
Like you said before Tony, Steve and his family have done alot for the racers for many,many years not only selling parts but being friends to many of us.It made me sad when I heard that Steve was very ill and wouldn't be able to go to Calistoga a race that he has worked very hard on since it's inception raising extra money and getting product sponsership, all to help out the racers and I've told him many times how much I appreciate all that he has done for not only the Calistoga race but also the race honoring his father the Glen Howard Memorial as all the extra money he gets for these races really helps alot of guys to keep putting a car on the track.
So now is our turn to help out someone who has helped many of us in the past,send Steve a card or if you can go see him. Do you know the room number that Steve is in?
