From last nights World of Outlaws race report:

“I was behind Kerry and didn’t know Sammy was on the top,” Allard
said. “I went to go around the top because Kerry dropped to the bottom.
(A) lapped car was in the middle. I made a move down the straightaway to
go to the top to get some more speed up and Sammy was there.”
While Swindell escaped the crash without injury, he was less than
pleased and showed his frustration in what ended with a loud thud.
“He hit me with a rock when I was rolling around after that red (flag) right in the head, so a pretty poor sport,” Allard said.

Not surprised by what Sammy did at all.
How about Jon Allard though? He's one classy racer. He could've called Sammy any expletive in the book but instead he appropriately calls him "a poor sport".

Allard caused it? His right rear comes together with Sammys front left
and its Allards fault all alone? Sounds like Allard had the lead
position and Sammy was trying to squeeze by on the outside. Well I am
glad he got "squeezed" alright.

Sounds like Sammy got a taste of his own medicine. How many people has Sammy wheeled just this season, Paul McMahan anyone? Sammy has brakes in his car, doesnt he? Sammy is the biggest cry baby hypocrite out there.

Stood up to him by throwing a rock at him? How is that standing up to him at all? Sounds very childish and criminal. Standing up to him would be confronting him, not throwing a rock. Sammy thinks he does no wrong. SMH.

Henry, thanks for the link. I viewed it three times and I don't think Allard made the wrong move...he was simply in position to go high entering the turn. When your right rear hits the front of another car I think maybe you have time to react to that. Just my four-cents...inflation ya know!

Sammy being Sammy. Saw him take Chad Kemenah out, a few years ago at Eldora, on the cool down laps because Chad dared to pass him on the last lap for position. If payback is coming, he's got a lot of it coming his way.

Can you picture it ? A college linebacker in a full sprint giving Sammy a clothes line lmao. I think Sammy would rather take a tumble in a sprint car .
We need more sprint car racing at our home track.

Why do people put up with it? Sammy has been one of the most popular topics of controversy for years. Somebody needs to knock his ass out....I don't mean call him a jerk and throw a punch at him. I'm talking about giving this cat a full on attitude adjustment. The damn guy is 50+ and all anyone does is call him "poor sport"? COME ON MAN

I think Ricky Steinhouse SR tried to give him an attitude adjustment a few years back.........Anyone care to post the link to that piece.

Last year he was upset with Danny Dietrich for passing him cleanly at a Grove WOO show(Natty O I think). Slammy bumped him after the checkers and then ran and hid in his trailer when Danny came to discuss it afterwards.
