Stephen Allard will empty the tank as he heads into Saturdays final points series race at Placerville Speedway. Just 8 points separate Andy Forsberg and Allard.

Allard has been kind and patient with most of the competition thus far. But Saturday, expect Allard to push the Russell-Arnold 14R car to the limits. With the go fast, move your ass and get out of the way "Mania" mentality, Allard will insure an exciting conclusion to the Placerville Speedway season.

With preparations being made to the Capital Ace Hardware, Dale Miller Plumbing, Thompson Auto Center, Goodwin Trucking, 14R car, the pressure is on the F&F crew and Andy Forsberg, for it is their championship to lose and Allards to win.

Last Saturday was just the precursor of what's to come this weekend. Allard continues to wow the fans with his aggressive and uncanny ability to drive a repaired, bent and brakeless car from the back of the pack to catch and drag race the poll sitter Forsberg to the finish line. Allard may have fallen short of the win, but the fans prevailed as they witnessed what some said was; "The race of the year."

Well, the race of the year might be this Saturday. So tell your family and bring your friends to witness what will live up to the cliché; "The greatest Show on Dirt!"
