I like the slo-mo shots. Mike didn't feel like sticking around for the post race interview huh? At least he didn't go Kurt Busch!

talked to Mike last night, apparently they didn't have any questions for him. then last night @ 141 they just kind of blew him off (after finishing 3rd). just wanted to set the record straight, I don't want to come across as 'shit-talking' one of my favorite drivers. I met Mike in person for the first time last night after many years of watching him race, & he was very personable & friendly. Also, that pass last night where he split sexton & kertscher was bad-ass!

Mike did not want to be interviewed at Oshkosh by steve. Look at gunners vid. Then at 141 he parked wwaaayyy down the track. I guess the IRA took that as a message for him not wanting to be interviewed again. I would like to see 02 get a win and he is a great guy. Maybe Steve felt burned at Oshkosh in front of the fans and that lead to the results at 141?

The 02 has been 2nd fiddle for the past few years to the 17B. Mike had the race all but won at Oshkosh. He hit the wall on the back and that is how Belog got him. He was pissed. A while back after being bested by Balog once again he said he does not mind loosing as long as it is legit. The IRA took a few ignitions and had them tested. (17B and 80K) They came back testing good. Balow is just plain good and their program is top notch. So... mike was too mad to want to be talked to at the end of the race after rolllong across with a RR flat from the wall incident. I thought he finally had one wich was well deserved.

Let me start by saying I like Mike and enjoy watching him race.With that said he comes across as being someone who doesn't like to be interviewed.It seems to me from the stands that he is frustrated right now and being a competitve person it really comes out in his interviews.I like hearing interviews from drivers who are having FUN thats what this is supposed to be.It says on FB that the announcer was told not to interview him at 141, and I can understand that too from a promoters standpoint.I don't know how you can change your personality to make better interviews but Craig Dollansky seems to have done it haha. Again not bashing Mike but I can see both sides of this.
