And now, Joe Gaerte Racing, son of legendary engine
builder Earl Gaerte of Rochester Indiana, has entered their potent #3g
Sprint Car division team into this years LoneStar Sprint Nationals at
LoneStar Speedway in Kilgore, TX.
Piloting the car will be the 2011 LoneStar Sprint Nationals champion
& 2012 Knoxville 360 Nationals Champion Shane Stewart of Pittsboro
Indiana.

A total of 50 teams have now submitted entries into the event. Please click http://www.darinshort.com/SCN.html
to get your team entered today, or to view event details, entry lists, rules & more. Last
year, a total of 131 Sprint and RaceSaver Sprint division teams entered
the event.
Race dates are October 11-13, with online registration open through
October 8. After October 8th, or at the track, entry fees increase.

8/20 Update, Part 2:
KILGORE TX (8/20/12) by DarinShort.com. The 2nd Annual $120,000 LoneStar
Sprint Nationals (LSN) at LoneStar Speedway in Kilgore Texas is now 7 weeks
away (Oct. 11-13), and the list of event vendors and sponsors continue to grow.
DAY Motorsports of Tyler,
Texas has announced that they will return as event sponsor and provide race
teams with a full line or sprint car parts, components and American Racer tires
throughout LSN weekend. Their mobile sales unit will be located in the upper
deck of the LoneStar Speedway pit area.
Drivers attending the event
are urged to preorder parts or tires they would like to be picked up at the
track, saving them time and freight costs.

The LoneStar Sprint Nationals
features three days of sprint car-only racing action at the high-banked 3/8
mile LoneStar Speedway in Kilgore Texas. Last year drew a total of 131 Sprint
Car and RaceSaver Sprint Car division entries.
Sprint Car and RaceSaver
sprint division teams can continue to enter the event at no additional fee
through Monday of race week (Oct. 8). However, car numbers and pit parking
requests will be fulfilled on a first-entered basis.
