Is the Chico Gold Cup back to $50k to win? I think last year it dropped down to $12k.
Nice to see WoO back to 3 day show at the track.

It's a minimum of $20k as it's a 3 day show. Not sure if they've added to the purse at all.

Well they got smart and lowered the USAC show down to $25. How it is that Friday is $5 more expensive than Thursday is beyond me. You pay $5 more for the pleasure of being able to go to the bathroom or beer line when the mini stocks are on the track? Support class for the Gold Cup? Now that is a first....Here is the full deal:

If I am reading it correctly in order to get those ticket prices you need to order the "package" so same day walk ups will probably get dinged even more.

Ascot was the greatest of all time..

So a family of four would be looking at $250 for one night of racing by the time you figure they each have a burger and soft drink, etc. How many families can afford something like this?
