Going to be a goodnight of racing. Hope no team has Goodyear tire failure that cost them the race but it is bound to happen. Would like to see the WoO to go to open tire rule or mandate the real racers tire Hoosier.

AMERICAN RACER TIRE RETURNS TO URC WITH GREAT PRICING
Plans for the 2012 Rislone URC Sprint Series are well underway and a big announcement includes the return of American Racer as the official tire of URC. Some great pricing is being offered with URC using a portion of their sponsorship revenue to offset the tire cost. URC Managing Member John Zimmerman worked out the tire prices for 2012 which includes $159 for right rears, $155 for left rears and $138 for all front tires.

As long as they put enough air in the tire, everthing will be fine. I do not feel sorry for anyone who blows a tire that does not have enough pressure.
I am glad Goodyear is in sprint car racing, it seems to reduce the amount of tire cheating prevelant in dirt late models where Hoosier is still king.

Let there be three manufactures to provide tires. Competion would be wonderful. Ya gotta have a break cause they can't make it to 30 laps.

Don't think air pressure is culprit. Camber and heat along with rubber has been leading to issues. They'll be fine tonight.

Well it appears as if Goodyear delivered tonight. So maybe we can put those complaints to rest for awhile.
