Please note my post regarding Fox Ridge Speedway canceling their weekly shows for the remainder of the 2007 season. The July 13 360 Sprint race is scratched. The press release was just received from promoter Chris Stepan this evening.

Hey Stan, is the July 29 IRA race still on for Eagle Valley Speedway in Jim Falls, WI?

As far as I know it's still on. Fox Ridge is down by Arcadia and has nothing to do with Eagle Valley which is in Jim Falls. The Ridge was running Friday nights and Eagle Valley races on Sundays. Eagle Valley just had a successful WDRL Late Model race the week of the Masters.

You forgot Jackson Speedway:
June 30th, Two Classes of Sprints
July 7th, Two Classes of Sprints
July 14th, Two Classes of Sprints
July 21st, Two Classes of Sprints
July 28th Two Classes of Sprints
And don't forget about the 29th Annual Kemna-Asa Jackson Nationals August 17th and 18th, which will be sanctioned with the Northern Plains ASCS Series, Their Normal Purse on Friday Night (All Sprint Car Show Friday Night, 3 classes with the 305's and IMCA Sprints), and Saturday Night $5,000 to win $500 to start for the NP ASCS and $1,000 to win 305's, along with $1,500 to win IMCA Stock Cars and $1,000 to win IMCA Hobby Stocks. We also run the 16th, but not sprint Cars (and this looks to be a sprint car post!)

This is the time of the year when I am glad I have the job I have. I am planning on attending about 13 shows in July throughout the area. Some of hose on the list and
7/8 Owatonna - just heard about rescheduled rain out open 360 show to make it a 2 day with another on 7/9
7/27 Hartford, SD ASCS
7/28 My brother's wedding - 13 miles from Slayton
This should keep me busy for a little while. Hope to see some good friends at these shows and enjoy some good racing. See ya at the races.

Actually, I didn't forget about Jackson.
After Dean Drahota objected to my comments about the purse at Jackson, I promised not to post anything further about Jackson.

Outlaws aren't coming to Jackson this season. I believe Princeton in October is the only Minnesota stop for the Outlaws this year.

Last year when I did a "power tour" (besides receiving a $180 speeding ticket) I think all told, it was less than $200 for everything during the week.

Michael 98, I will be at Jackson Saturday the 30th, then of to Husets Sunday, and will be making the trip back on Tuesday for the outlaws on the 3rd and hopefully the 4th for that $5,000 to win show. After chatting with you awhile back on the dirt net chat sight I would like to meet up with you, catch you later.
