IT'S TIME!!!! OK Race fans the most exciting 4 days in Sprint Car racing is here....the 52nd annual Good Year Knoxville Nationals.....With over 100 entries it's going to be a GREAT 4 days.....If you cant be here...join Jamie Brockman, and Judd Nelson in the booth (Paul McMahan joins in Thursday) along with Derek Cardwell and Eric Wade reporting from the pits as we cover every inch of the track all 4 nights starting tonight.... Listen LIVE on 92.1 FM or AM 1320 locally or catch the online live stream at www.kniakrls.com .....Live Trackside starts at 6pm followed by LIVE race coverage at 7:15pm CDT!!!

Due to heavy rains that moved through between 4:30-5:30pm the races are in delay mode....I'm being told grandstands and pits open at 7:30pm and officials are expecting a 2-3 hour delay on start of races....we are now planning Live Trackside at 8:30pm CDT and race coverage around 9:30pm.....kind of playing it by ear....sorry not more specific but thats what weve been told....Hope you can join us for LIVE coverage----gonna be a late night......By the way---weather is beautiful now at 7:26pm.....sunny.....71 degrees.....once we race it will be a georgeous night

Hot laps are underway....we will be on the air at 9:30pm Central time for time trials and stay til the final checkered flag waves on night 1......92.1 FM KRLS....AM 1320 KNIA...or www.kniakrls.com
