this year i'm not able to attend the 410' nationals which in itself is a huge letdown. but one thing i was most diaspointed about along with the group i was with and their kids, was the amount of trailors that were already loaded up and gone by the time we got out to the pits. my nephew wanted a stevie smith shirt and auto but he was backing out by the time we got down there. it seems like its turning into NASCAR more and more everytime i go to a big show now that they have t-shirt trailers

just my silly thoughts here, most of the top drivers all have the items for sale on the internet, if you would show up at local or big show with their newest stuff aready on and asking for autograph they might think you are a big fan, the heat stess and hige tough schedule this time of year takes the toll, many fans take vacation to have the time of their life this time of year, but for the drivers this often might be make of break for their entire dream career, and no doubt they have more work to do the last couple of weeks and next few days that is more impartant that most of the year

Really makes you thankful for the drivers that do stay late. I cheer for the drivers who no matter what happens will stay late and sign autographs.
