Smoke is on a roll in his sprintcar. What is that, 5 in a row?

Was slightly disappointed he chose to run with the URC rather than the 410s, but to be fair, he didn't have to come out there at all.
Speaking of 410s, was kind of hoping Kreitz would pull it out in the 410 feature, but just not quite enough.

Once I realized 360s were paying more I wasn't too surprised. Tony was getting handicapped to the back starting with either, but his chances with the 360 were better and he was visibly faster than everyone but Ott pretty much all night. Wish Ott wouldn't have been taken out in the heat so he could have started closer to Stewart, maybe a better race, maybe not, Tony was very good.
For those that care, Ott was running the Ford 360 last night.

Grasso was really fast too. Too bad he broke as soon as he moved into second.

Tony its time to give up on the nascar and run the Outlaw tour full time. Bring Kasey and Dave with you.
Dirt is for racing, asphalt is for the parking lot.

Give up NASCAR??? It would be a safe bet that their day job pays for their dirt racing hobby.....

It was great to see Tony show up at Port Royal last night.
Was scheduled to go out 1st for time trials, but lost a motor in hotlaps and went out last. Won his semi...and got 4th in the feature.

When you think about it, most Cup drivers are sitting in their million dollar motor homes watching satelite TV at the tracks waiting for Sunday's races, while Smoke is slepping in mud, working on his car, eating track food and having THE TIME OF HIS LIFE. By the way, he is getting pretty good at being a sprint car driver ( ha ha). You have to love it as a sprint car fan!!!!

I would liken the "track food" @ Port as fine dining...
Opinions may vary...
